Each year Fiesta DC celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15-Oct 15) with a parade of nations. I love the different traditional costumes especially the more colorful ones. You can view more photos from the event on my Google+ album.

I shot this at the same celebration as the man with the bow and arrow. Unfortunately I don’t remember what they were celebrating. I think it was a Mexican-American celebration.
